(Orlando, FL) Brad Fletcher, owner Home Staging Pros in Orlando won national industry honors in January, taking awards for Professional Stager of the Year, Vacant Category, USA as well as Professional Stager of the Year 2016 at the Real Estate Staging Association’s 9th Annual Banquet in Las Vegas.
“I feel very fortunate that I get to help people while doing something I love,” Fletcher said. “Receiving this prestigious award from my peers is a great honor.”
Fletcher and Home Staging Pros have recently been featured on CNN’s “Morning Express with Robin Meade,” “House Hunters International,” WKMG-TV and in Florida Today.
Home staging the art of making a property look and feel appealing to a broad range of buyers as possible, generating greater interest…and bigger offers. According to a 2015 survey by the National Association of Realtors 81% said that staging helped buyers to visualize the property as a future home.
With a background in marketing and an eye for elegant design, Fletcher is a natural at working with clients and creating inviting spaces.

With a decade of experience in home staging Fletcher and partner Jeff Johnson have built Home Staging Pros to serve the entire Central Florida area, one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the nation.

Fletcher also serves as RESA’s Regional Vice President for the South East, assisting 200 fellow stagers in matters of ethics and business practices.
